How pouch dispensers work
An automatic cutter and pouch dispenser isolates a sachet from a roll or magazine and drops it into the package in sync with the line. CHANFER dispensers handle desiccant and oxygen-absorber sachets.
Accuracy and speed
Integrated sensors confirm each sachet is placed; missing-sachet detection alarms and stops the line, preventing empty packs from reaching customers.
Integration
Pouch dispensers mount alongside card and sheet feeders on a shared frame, feeding desiccant into the same flow-wrapper or cartoner cell.
