Automatic Feeding in Trading Card & Game Card Packaging
Why trading-card and collectible manufacturers rely on high-speed card feeders for collation, insertion, and kit assembly.
The packaging challenge
Game and trading cards ship in booster packs, bundled kits, and gift sets that demand exact collation — one rare card, one manual, one promo — with zero mix-ups.
Where feeders add value
High-speed card feeders singulate and collate cards at up to 800 sheets/min, while missing-card and double-feed detection guarantee each pack is correct. Push feeders handle thick rulebooks and boxes.
Real-world result
CHANFER card feeding lines are used by card manufacturers for matched-card gift packaging and Alipay card-kit fulfillment, integrating with flow wrappers and cartoners.
Getting started
Send us your card spec, collation pattern and target throughput; we configure a feeder or full line and validate it before shipment.
